Payment Policies
New Patients must pay on first visit for services rendered until a line of credit is established.
Any procedures over $300 must be paid in full before more services are completed.
For all major dental services (ex. root canal, crown, denture, etc.), 1/2 of the patient portion must be paid at time of service.
Any remaining balance can be placed on a 3 month payment plan with established credit.
